The City of Missoula has announced Miramonte Companies, led by Chris Kemmerly, as the chosen builder to transform the long-vacant Southgate Triangle into a vibrant mixed-use community. The project will combine commercial spaces, public areas, and a variety of housing types, aligning with the city’s Midtown Master Plan.
